Our latest episode tells the story of our last two days with Dauntless in Latin America. We’ve called this region home for three years and five months. Though we aren’t saying goodbye to Latin America yet, we are crossing the border into Uruguay and saying goodbye to our Jeep home.
Things are moving fast and there are so many unknowns. Watch now:
We don’t know where we’re spending the night; we don’t have flights out of Uruguay; and we don’t know where we’re going next. But we’ve moved into our carry-on backpacks and know we’ll be living out of them for the next 10 months. Let’s do this.
What’s new with Hourless Life?
Those of you who have been following our real-time journey on Patreon or Instagram know this happened back in March. We are finally telling the end of our Latin America story on YouTube, just in time to open the next chapter on the next continent!
Eric and I are excited about our upcoming video. We’re going to fully close the loop on 2025. We’ll talk about our time in Mexico, visit back to the United States (where we are now, celebrating Christmas with family), and what awaits us in Africa.
Dauntless has been loaded into a container at the Montevideo port. Today his ship is scheduled to leave and begin the journey to Cape Town, South Africa. We leave the U.S. exactly two weeks from today. Our preparations are fierce and constant, but exciting and rewarding. We’re ready…are you?
